For your convenience, please find the estimated delivery timeframes below. Please note that they are subject to change. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation.

'Special Area' refers to an area that is particularly distant from our warehouse and has a higher shipping cost.
Due to the constant changes in the channels of the final delivery companies, we are not able to confirm which area is a special area. However, we are constantly updating our shipping zones. If the zip code you enter when placing your order does not belong to a 'Special Area', it will be shipped free of charge to 'Standard' by default, but if it is determined to be a 'Special Area', an additional $5(USD) shipping fee will be charged.This applies to any country where we can deliver.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed within 1-2 natural days (processing time includes weekends and holidays). In case of special holidays it will be extended to 1-2 business days.

We have local warehouses in the following countries and all shipments will be delivered locally and not by international courier.

We regret we are unable to ship to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Guam (GU), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), American Samoa (AS), Micronesia (FM), Marshall Islands (MH), Palau (PW).and PObox APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not accepted for delivery.

-Certain regions within some states may be classified as “undeliverable” by our carrier partners. Because these restrictions are defined—and may be updated—solely by the courier, we cannot identify every affected address in advance. If your location is later deemed undeliverable, we will notify you promptly and cancel the order.-

PLAGARY.com is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. PLAGARY.com is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship your product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.
