The company doesnt offer shipping to Canada. Therefore, I placed my order to my cousin's place in US. I consulted them on IG and when I didnt hear back, I emailed them before placing my order. They took a very long time to respond. They told me the item would be delivered before my cousin departs. Despite my urgency, they didnt drop it off till the next day. The item arrived eventually arrived the evening of the day she departed in the morning. Was very disappointed with the customer service. Havent tried the cologne yet so nothing much to say there.
